Pros: None
Cons: High cost, bad mattress, bad company
I bought a king size mattress and boxsprings. I was told that they will soften a bit after the first few days so as to be like the ones in the store. Nope. My hands go to sleep in the night. The only thing that changed was how I slept instead.
I purchased a mattress and box-springs after being assured that I could swap out either within 30-60 days. I was going to come back later and buy it but the assurances convinced me to buy then. I wasn't sure which height of box springs I needed. It turns out that they wont swap after all if it is past 14 days. They will, however, sell me new ones for $500. 17 days was too long to wait. 14 was OK (I bet they would not do it then, but only at 13 days) and it certainly wasn't OK within the 60 day period they said.
The bed already started becoming lumpy after two months. Too late to swap for another model.
It was the Simmons Mattress Gallery where I bought it.
